Not enough free resource space exists to allocate to the System Pool Item

 

This occurs when you have run out of space for Exchange.  Please do the following:

  1. Go to Hosting Administration
  2. Click on Pool Administration
  3. Select your Exchange Pool (if there are more then 1, you will need to check each).
  4. In the lower section you will see the pool items - these correspond to the Exchange Mail stores.

You will either need to:

  1. Increase the size of 1 or more of the pool items (exchange stores)
  2. Add more Exchange stores to our system - add new pool items that correspond to a store.
