User Access Denied

If a user logs in and they get the following error message -

User Access Denied
Access to this page is restricted to Administrator only access. If you think you should have access to this page, please talk to your administrator. Otherwise, contact support for additional help

 

This is almost always caused by the settings on the company.  Open the company info page that the user is under.

Go to the User Rights section.  If all of the checkboxes are unchecked (especiallythe first), this is the cause of this.  The company does not allow users to log into the control panel.
