Invoices are showing Blank

If the invoices are showing as blank, this is because the Invoice Template was not filled in, for the branding.

If the invoices to the reseller are blank, in the Site Variables, go to Hoster Branding.  Be sure that all of the available languages are filled in for the invoice template and Line item template.

For Company invoices, go to the reseller info page.  Click on Branding on the right, and then click on the branding icon in the lower page.

Be sure that all of the available languages are filled in for the invoice template and Line item template.

If invoice templates are showing as "Invoice Template file is missing. Please be sure it is set in the Site Varaibles."

You must do the following:

  1. Go to Hosting Admin screen
  2. Go to Services and Locations
  3. Click on Reseller Billing Service, and click edit
  4. For Invoice Template Path enter - C:\Program Files (x86)\ExtendASP\EPS\HostEPS WebSite\     (this may differ if you dont have the web site at that location)
