Could not find any available Domain Controller

If you are getting the following error:  'Could not  find any available Domain Controller.'

This is an issue with the CAS server, where it will lose track of the AD controller.  You may even see event logs show on the CAS server to this effect.

The only solution is to reboot your CAS servers one at a time.  This will resolve the issue.
